Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in McAllen to join a valued client. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete U.S. Customs related documentation and present paperwork for the release or admission of shipments.
- Coordinate shipments with warehouse personnel and maintain confidentiality of all goods in/out of the Foreign Trade Zone.
- Assist the inter-company bookkeeper with invoicing, timesheets, and general documentation.
- Operate office equipment, including computers, faxes, and scanners, to assist with logistics and record keeping.
- Communicate with FTZ clientele and tenants to ensure optimal service levels and compliance with safety and security procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (minimum of three years of previous experience as an Import/Export Coordinator required).
- Valid Texas Driver’s license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic record-keeping.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
