Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an IT Support professional to join a growing company in Pharr, TX. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT support, a strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and a commitment to providing excellent service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT support requests from employees.
- Assist employees with computer system questions and issues.
- Diagnose system problems by analyzing data and configurations.
- Install and update software and hardware drivers as needed.
- Manage and update service requests and tickets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
