Location: McAllen, TX
Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd shift, must be flexible to work weekends and overtime
About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in South McAllen. This position requires experience operating various manufacturing machines, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines, ensuring proper function.
- Perform quality checks on products to meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machines preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
