Job Title: Grader
Location: Pharr, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (open to overtime and Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $8.50/hour
Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Graders for a leading company in Pharr, TX. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a cold environment, and strong motor skills for labeling and repacking produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stand for extended periods while grading products.
- Label boxes accurately with correct product information.
- Work efficiently in a cold storage environment.
- Assist in repacking produce (experience is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good motor skills and attention to detail for labeling.
- Comfortable working in a cold storage facility.
- Prior experience in produce repacking is a plus.
