Job Title: Cold Storage Forklift Operator
Location: Pharr, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7/8 AM - 6 PM (overtime as needed, up to 12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $12.50/hour
Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Cold Storage Forklift Operators for a warehouse facility in Pharr, TX. This role requires experience operating a sit-down electric forklift in a cold environment to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and palletizing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down electric forklift in a cold storage environment.
- Load and unload trucks and rack pallets in three-high storage racks.
- Stage pallets for shipping and ensure proper organization of inventory.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a cold storage environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous sit-down electric forklift experience in cold storage required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold temperatures.
- Must have steel-toe boots and cold-weather gear (coat, gloves, etc.).
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed.
