Quality Technician
Location: South McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturdays if needed)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct tests and measurements using specialized tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to maintain precise quality control.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality checks for traceability.
- Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformances in products or processes and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in quality control or manufacturing are a plus.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpret technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot quality-related issues.
