Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Customer Service Representatives in McAllen, TX. Are you looking for a new work opportunity in an office? We are looking for candidates with strong work ethic and are quick learners, training is provided.
Duties:
- Assist customers over the phone regarding their accounts
- Manage account changes as needed
- Handle payment collection as necessary
- other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Meet Background and Drug Screen requirements
- at least 6 months of previous CSR/Clerical experience preferred
