We are hiring for a Customer Service/Counter Sales Associate
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear information about services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the auction process, ensuring they understand steps and policies.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up if needed.
- Process customer transactions (registration, payments, etc.).
- Keep customers informed about auction schedules, updates, and changes.
- Provide general support and assistance during events or transactions.
- Assist customers over the phone by answering questions and providing information.
- Handle email or chat inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer accounts using computer systems, including updating information and processing transactions.
- Resolve technical issues customers may face with online bidding platforms or auction systems.
- Guide customers through online registration or bidding processes via phone or email.
- Log customer complaints and feedback in computer systems for follow-up or reporting.
- Use phone systems and computer tools to schedule appointments, manage documents, and track customer interactions.
- Provide troubleshooting support for any online or technical issues, ensuring customers can participate in the auction.
