Auto Technician

Day Shift

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic & Troubleshooting:
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical and mechanical issues in vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to wiring, sensors, and engine components.
• Repairs & Maintenance:
  • Perform both routine and complex repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Tool & Workspace Management:
  • Maintain and organize personal tools and equipment for efficient use.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Experience:

• Automotive Repair & Maintenance:
  • Prior experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle systems (engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems).
• Use of Diagnostic Tools:
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
• Teamwork & Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Vocational or technical training in automotive repair preferred.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and parts (up to 50-75 pounds).
  • Capability to stand, kneel, crouch, or bend for extended periods while working on vehicles.
• Skills & Traits:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity
• Must Have Own Tools
