Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Office Administrator in Midland TX!

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience.

Pay: $20-$24 Per hour DOE 

Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process field tickets, ensuring accurate data entry and timely resolution.
  • Manage rental item agreements, including processing requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in end-of-month closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
  • Process and review expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including handling special projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and resolve issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist and interact with guests and team members in a courteous manner.
