Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Material Handler/ Forklift operator in Midland TX!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 + years of experience working as a forklift operator.
Pay: $16-$18 /hr DOE
Shift: Monday through Saturday , 7pm -5am
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, Combi-Lifts, and side loaders for material movement.
- Perform daily safety checks and log inspections of equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors to ensure timely material transfers.
- Store materials in an orderly manner to prevent damage and facilitate stock counting.
- Maintain the production flow board to track material movement.
- Conduct annual inventory counts and assist in checking in shipments of raw materials.
- Assist in the manual movement of materials not exceeding 55 pounds.
- Observe and practice all safety guidelines and shop rules.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
