Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking to hire experienced Assembly Technicians for a local facility in Big Spring, TX.
Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm
Pay:$15 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble sucker rods according to specifications and diagrams.
- Ensure high-quality assembly by following instructions and maintaining accuracy.
- Work effectively within a team to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with material handling if certified and trained on forklift.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Willingness to work full-time and learn on the job.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Basic understanding of reading diagrams for assembly is preferred.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
