Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Yard Hand in Midland!
Pay: $16-$18 Hourly DOE
Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-6pm
- Yard Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the yard area, including removing debris, trash, and other materials.
- Pressure Washing: Operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces and equipment, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance of the yard.
- Tote Handling: Pick up, transport, and organize totes and other materials as required, ensuring proper placement and storage.
- Tool Use: Utilize hand tools and pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- General Support: Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with inventory organization or assisting other warehouse staff.
- Skills: Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and hand tools. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Safety: Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines.
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [weight] lbs).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
