Express Employment Professionals is looking for experienced and dedicated Accounts Payable/HR Manager for one of our clients in Midland, TX!!

This is a contract to hire opportunity paying $60K - $70K annually DOE. 

The ideal candidate MUST possess the following experience:

·         Human Resources

o   Recruiting new hires

o   Job Descriptions

o   New Hire/Onboarding packets

o   Set up new hires with required needs (fuel pins; email; American Express cards)

o   Organize and maintain employee files

o   Administering Payroll for bi-weekly and semi-monthly employees

o   Insurance Enrollments, changes and cancellations

o   Annual Open Enrollments

o   Administer Benefits Programs

o   Supervisor/Employee Conflicts

o   Claims – Worker’s Comp; Unemployment; EEOC; OSHA

·         Accounts Payable

o   Entering payables and coding into property class codes

o   Company Expense Reports – American Express

o   Reconcile Vendor Statements

o   Maintain Accounts Payable files

o   Maintaining W9’s on all vendors

o   Year End Reporting – 1099’s to applicable vendors

Competencies:

·         Oil & Gas related office experience is REQUIRED

·         Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office environment

·         Must be able to type 60-70 WPM.

·         Strong initiative and self-starter

·         Proficiency in business communication

·         Demonstrated knowledge of filing and record keeping procedures

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests

·         Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed

·         High personal credibility and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

·         High dependability and concern for others to ensure needs of others are met

·         Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) including proficiencies with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

·         Ability to read, write and speak in English.

·         Must have the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

·         Understanding of Importance of Safe Work Practices

Qualifications:

·         Experience in managing a small office and handling most tasks are a plus

·         Experience in Human Resources is a MUST

·          (5) FIVE or more years experience is REQUIRED

·         High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

·         Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprises Desktop – Manufacturing & Wholesale

·         Ability to create/manage detailed and complex reports and spreadsheets, correspondence
