Title: In-Store Lead Generator
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and engaging In-Store Lead Generators to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers in-store to generate leads and spark interest in our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Approach and engage with customers in-store to identify their needs and generate interest in our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Capture and qualify leads by collecting contact information and understanding customer interests.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions and leads generated.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Reporting: Report daily activities, including lead generation metrics and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with potential for additional shifts.
