Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Flexible ) 

Position offers work-from-home flexibility based on performance. 

Job Summary:
We are hiring for an IT Help Desk Technician for a client in Richardson, TX to provide technical support for surveillance camera systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system functionality, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support for surveillance camera systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with system installations, configurations, and routine maintenance.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT help desk support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
  • Familiarity with surveillance camera systems, networking principles, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and hardware components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
