Job Summary:
We are hiring for an IT Help Desk Technician for a client in Richardson, TX to provide technical support for surveillance camera systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system functionality, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for surveillance camera systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and routine maintenance.
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT help desk support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance camera systems, networking principles, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
