Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: PLANO TX On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our small internal team. This role requires making 30+ outbound sales calls daily, handling inbound calls, and scheduling meetings for outside sales reps. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both inside and outside calls, manage their duties effectively, and work in an office environment.
Responsibilities:

Make 30+ outbound calls daily and handle incoming calls to generate leads and maintain client relationships

Schedule meetings for outside sales representatives and provide support as needed

Manage time effectively to balance calls, meetings, and administrative tasks

Keep CRM up-to-date with accurate sales records and follow-ups

Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals

Be proactive in managing your responsibilities and duties in an office setting
Requirements:
-
Previous inside sales experience or similar role

Comfortable making both outbound and inbound calls (30+ calls per day)

Ability to manage multiple duties in an office setting while staying organized

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team-oriented environment
