Job Full Description
We are a staffing agency seeking a highly experienced Office Administrator to support the Sales Division and other Directors for a company in Plano, TX. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be onsite 50% of the time (5 days every 2 weeks). The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise, excellent organizational skills, and experience supporting senior-level executives, including CEOs.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and enjoys developing new systems to streamline operations. You’ll also regularly coordinate with team members based in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Austria.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Division, including multiple team members and C-level executives

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas and follow-ups

Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and sales support documents using Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international contacts in Canada

Support budgeting and project tracking across sales-related initiatives

Assist in building systems and organizational tools that improve internal operations

Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implement practical solutions

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, including supporting executive-level leadership

Strong knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications,

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Experience working in sales, business development, or customer-facing departments is a plus
-
Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setting and using remote communication tools like Microsoft Teams
