Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a reputable apartment complex in the Hutto, TX area to find a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Administrator. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers. The Leasing Administrator will assist with the day-to-day leasing operations and provide exceptional customer service to both residents and prospective tenants. Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, including answering inquiries, scheduling tours, and processing applications.
  • Prepare and manage lease documentation, including leases, addendums, and renewal agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system.
  • Ensure the timely and professional completion of all administrative tasks related to leasing.
  • Collect and process rental payments, deposits, and fees.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address resident needs and requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) communication to residents and prospective tenants.
  • Help maintain a high occupancy rate through effective leasing efforts and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience is required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is required; ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
