Job Full Description
Our client, the world’s leading manufacturer of soft tops for Jeep Wranglers and CJ’s, is seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in warehouse/logistics environments. 3- to 5-Years Experience in Tech support AND working knowledge of PaceJet and RFSmart is beneficial for this role.
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering technical support for business operations. This role will assist end-users with their computer, network-cybersecurity, and application needs. The specialist also provides onsite support for computer infrastructure and security access within the business location and assists the applications team with administrative support for business applications, including ERP systems.
Principal Duties
- Triage, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical issues for end-users and systems.
- Collaborates with technical resources to ensure quality service delivery within SLA.
- Conducts daily systems monitoring to ensure maximum uptime of business systems.
- Utilizes iterative Agile methodology to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Supports the business and technical strategy to maintain cybersecurity compliance.
- Provides computer support, including system user setup (SSO/AD/Email/Applications), desktop/server setup, patching, and backup maintenance.
- Offers network-cybersecurity support, including basic LAN/WAN and TCP/IP troubleshooting, telephony systems, wireless access, printers, and systems maintenance.
- Delivers application support, including technical administrative functions such as user/role access, data management, form/workflow maintenance, and low-code development.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge and Abilities Required)
- IT Degree/Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting IT operations, preferably with a wide range of technical user needs. Previous experience with PaceJet and RFSmart is preferred.
- Experience with process maturity across IT operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Adherence to Agile/Lean project/product methodologies.
- Effective communication skills in person, on video/phone calls, email, and ticketing systems.
- Dependable, organized, with excellent work ethic and initiative.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based, working on a computer for most of the time.
- Ability to travel to office locations as needed to perform job duties.
- Hybrid work from home may be allowed at management's discretion and based on demonstrated ability to complete work.
- Some work outside normal business hours and on weekends may be required during system upgrades, implementations, network/system outages, or other critical technical incidents.

Hours for the IT Support Specialist position are Monday – Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
