Job Full Description
Experienced Journeyman or Master tradesman needed to perform preventative maintenance for all campus plumbing systems, inspect, repair and or replace cut-off valves, flush valves, circulation pumps, water heaters, commodes with & w/o tanks, sinks, faucets, PVC piping etc., for a major hi-profile local university. The ideal candidate will have broad commercial, residential and utility experience, holding a valid backflow certification, welding certification, water and or waste water operator class C or D license. Proven working knowledge with hot/chilled water pumps, water treatment methods, welding and soldering, equipment operations to include backhoe, reamers, jetters, augers, pipe cutters, sewer tapes, and trade hand tools, along with HS Grad or GED, current Journeyman or Master's license and Texas Backflow Prevent Assm Tester license required; OSHA Excavation & Trenching and welding certifications preferred.
