Job Full Description
SA's most unique and influential hill country resort is in need of maintenance help asap! The desired candidate will conduct established PM program, maintain general repair to plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, heating & ventilation of all building structures on property, to include some A/C, refrigeration, ice machines & pool pumps, certification not required. Ideally, this candidate will have A/C & refrigeration troubleshooting & repair skills, along with a complement of infrastructure skills to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting & pool maintenance. Previous experience in a maintenance role within a property management or facilities environment preferred, hospitality experience highly desired!
