NC SA apartment complex is in need of a general maintenance tech who will handle property work orders to include but not limited to electrical, plumbing and sheet rock/patch work. Will also work with the assistance of a make ready tech on major projects or more difficult repair. A working knowledge with pool maintenance, masonry work, siding, roofing, welding, ceramic tile setting and appliance repair a definite plus!
