Regional Payroll Director and Executive Assistant

Years ago, Brittany walked through the doors of Express, seeking a new direction in her career. After going through the interview process as an associate, she eagerly awaited a call from her Employment Specialist. To her surprise and delight, she was offered a position as Express's Front Office Coordinator.

She embraced this role for two years before being promoted to Territory Payroll Director. Another year later, she advanced to Regional Payroll Director and Executive Assistant to the Regional COO. Her leadership journey has begun, marking a new chapter in her career. She has cherished every moment of serving the wonderful people and businesses in the community. Each day brings new opportunities to connect, support, and grow together. Whether it's helping a local business thrive or assisting individuals in finding their dream jobs, the joy and fulfillment she experiences are immeasurable. She looks forward to continuing this journey and making a positive impact in the community.

Tambi Hines

Senior Employment Specialist

Tambi joined Express Employment Professionals in Sulphur Springs, Texas, in 2019, seeking assistance in finding employment after returning to the area. Little did she know, this would mark the beginning of her rewarding career with the company. Despite having no prior office experience, she was quickly mentored and trained by a team of exceptional leaders. Over the years, she has grown into a Senior Employment Specialist and recently stepped into a leadership role.

Her journey with Express has been one of constant learning and growth, allowing her to set and achieve both individual and team goals. The sense of accomplishment she feels when the team reaches milestones is a source of immense pride. She is grateful for the opportunities and friendships that have flourished during her career with Express!

Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Isabella. Her husband, Kevin, has been a steadfast source of support, encouraging her to push forward through challenges. Together, they enjoy fishing, going to the movies, shopping, and spending quality time with loved ones. Recently, they found their forever church home and became members, strengthening their faith and connection with the community.

Employment Specialist

Alma joined the Express tribe in 2024 and is passionate about helping people and families succeed through her work at Express Employment Professionals. She finds joy in connecting individuals with opportunities that shape their futures.

Outside of work, her heart belongs to her faith and family. She has accepted Jesus into her life, and she and her family cherish their time together worshiping at church. She and her husband have been blessed with over 10 wonderful years of marriage and two beautiful daughters who fill their lives with joy.

On weekends, they can be found cheering at soccer games and supporting their daughters' cheerleading events. Balancing faith, family, and career is at the core of everything she does.

Keri joined the Express tribe in November of 2024. She is an ambitious Employment Specialist eager to grow and thrive with such an amazing company.

Her passion lies in helping people find not just jobs, but opportunities that can blossom into fulfilling career paths—ones that help them build bright futures with companies they love, just as she was fortunate enough to find. She also takes pride in helping companies find great associates who will contribute to their growth and success.

Outside of work, she is the proud mother of a teenage boy, and together, they embrace life to the fullest every single day. Their life motto is, “I’ma let myself live good,” which inspires them to approach each day with positivity, purpose, and gratitude for another day on earth. She is also lucky to share this journey with her loving boyfriend, Alex. Together, they enjoy any type of adventure, whether it’s trying new foods or exploring a good thrift store.

Taylin Roberts

Front Office Coordinator

In October 2023, Taylin walked into Express Employment Professionals feeling a little lost but hopeful about her next big adventure. After spending four years as a hairstylist in the beauty industry, she knew she wanted a fresh start—something in an office with an amazing team. Little did she know, her journey with Express would become so much more! After going through the interview process as an associate, she was completely surprised (and over-the-moon excited!) when they offered me the role of Front Office Coordinator!

During her time at Express, Taylin has grown so much—not only in her position but as a person. She's beyond grateful for all the opportunities she's had and for the amazing women she gets to work with every day. She thanks Jesus constantly for leading her here and filling her days with so much joy and purpose.

When not at work, you can find Taylin spending time with her family and friends, snuggled up on the couch with her sweet pup, Maggie, or diving into a good romance novel. She also finds inspiration through painting, attending church, and enjoying the little things in life. Her motto is "Bloom where you are planted". It is always her goal to sprinkle a little bloom and grace into everything she does! "I can't wait to welcome you with a smile when you walk through our doors!"
