Adam joined the Express team in June 2011 after moving to Tyler from Lubbock, TX. With years in the "people business" as a college minister, he brings a wealth of experience and passion for people to his role at Express. "It is such a privilege to intersect people at a point of need, whether they are business people or job seekers. I love having the opportunity to bring people together to turn a time of need into an opportunity for success!"

Branch Manager

Haley joined the Express tribe in July of 2021. To her, Express is a home away from home. She loves that she is in a role that allows her to be around like-minded people who feel captivated to help others in a way that affects them and their families. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, playing and coaching softball, and participating in activities with her husband and daughter.

Employment Specialist

Halli joined the Express family in May of 2024. She loves helping people and believes there is no better place to do that than at Express. She says, "Being able to find associates their perfect job and bring in the ideal candidate for a client is an amazing feeling." In her spare time, Halli enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Business Relationship Manager

Renee joined the Express team in February of 2025. For Renee, the foundation of Express and the family-like atmosphere make it a special place to work. Outside of work, she and her husband, Jimmy, love spending time with their family. They often gather with their son Chase and his wife Dana, their first grandbaby Knox, and their other sons, Colby and Camden. Whether at a sporting event, concert, or off on a new adventure, Renee is always making the most of every moment.

Alyleah joined the Express team in February of 2024. Born and raised in the Dallas area, she enjoys fishing and snacking in her free time. Brenna joined the Express team in May of 2024 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. Born and raised in East Texas, she could not imagine living anywhere else and is so excited to be back home! In her spare time, Brenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outside. She is so excited to explore her creativity in this position and cannot wait to see where her journey with Express takes her!
