Express Employment Professionals is seeking hard working non-cdl drivers in the Killeen area! 

Key Responsibilities for Non-CDL Driver:

1. Safe Transportation: Drive moving trucks to designated locations in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

2. Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of household items, furniture, and boxes onto and off the moving truck, ensuring items are securely packed and properly handled to prevent damage.

3. Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory records of items being transported, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly documented throughout the moving process.

4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients throughout the moving process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of moving trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate moving logistics, communicate effectively, and ensure a smooth and efficient moving operation.

7. Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of injury or damage during the moving process, including proper lifting techniques and the use of protective equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non-CDL).
• Ability to safely operate a moving truck in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Prior experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
• Ability to obtain Ft Cavazos Base Pass

• This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime during peak moving seasons.
• Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs and varying workloads.
