Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Weld and fabricate components as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
- Execute residential painting tasks to enhance the appearance of facilities.
- Use an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with team members.

Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- Experience in welding and fabrication techniques is desirable.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in residential painting is beneficial.
- A background in customer service will enhance interactions with clients and staff.
