Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals are seeking skilled, detail-oriented individuals with a strong background in working with precise measurements and angles, utilizing tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CNC machines for a Custom Metal Fabricator Machine Operator position. In this role, you will use your expertise to precisely measure, cut, and fabricate custom metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Metal Fabricating Machine Operator:
· Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to ensure custom metal components are fabricated to exact specifications.
· Accurately calculate and cut metal parts to the correct angles using angle finders, protractors, and CNC machines.
· Read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and angles.
· Operate welding machines, saws, CNC machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools to create custom metal parts.
· Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all safety guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications of the Metal Fabricating Machine Operator:
· Proven experience in custom metal fabrication with a focus on precision measurements and angle calculation.
· Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) and tools for calculating angles.
· Hands-on experience with welding machines, CNC machines, saws, and plasma cutters.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings.
· Ability to lift heavy materials
Schedule & Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, overtime as needed.
