Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support to the operation team by efficiently packing finished products and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to safety and quality.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Safely pack finished goods into boxes and prepare them for shipment, ensuring the correct configuration.
- Inspect products for defects and notify the team lead of any quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate supplies (e.g., boxes, tape, etc.) are available at your station.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout the scheduled shift.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify product defects and quality issues.
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Strong communication skills to report quality issues and coordinate with the team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30lbs.
Hours:
Day Shift: 8am-4pm
Night Shift: 2:45pm-11pm
