Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly process by ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities a Production Associate:
- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Assemble, package, or inspect products according to specifications
- Assist with inventory tracking and material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate supplies (e.g., boxes, tape, etc.) are available at your station
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout the scheduled
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications of a Production Associate:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify product defects and quality issues.
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Strong communication skills to report quality issues and coordinate with the team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
Hours: Day Shift: 8am-4pm
Pay: Starting at $16.00
