Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for an individual to provide world class customer service while helping maintain business wellness 

 

M-F 8am-5pm

$15.50 

 

 

Job location: Magnolia, TX

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

        Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and voicemails

  • Take phone payments and setting up customer accounts in Quickbooks and RouteOptix
  • Provide service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Work in Excel folder to schedule the delivery of containers and removing/adding addresses to the collection reports
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Stuff envelopes and assist with auto pay each quarter
  • Check collection reports
  • Other duties as assigned, such as printing collection reports, delivery sheets, and print requests if someone is out

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Great communication skills
  • Great Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to keep up with a fast paced work environment/be able to multitask
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude
