Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct painting projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Handle light plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and clearing clogged drains.
- Assist with carpentry work, such as repairing doors, windows, and cabinets.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
