Express Employment Professionals is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join a company in Jacksonville, TX. As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing process. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
- Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform regular quality checks and inspections.
- Assemble and pack products according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Must be able to keep up with automated machines.
