Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Production Machine Operator position for a local Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Operate laminator machine efficiently and safely
- Inspect materials for flaws and defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Wear steel-toe shoes for safety compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Adapt to shift changes, including alternating between day shifts and second shifts
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to speak and understand English fluently
- Must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- No criminal background: candidates must pass a 7-year county criminal search (felony/misdemeanor)
