Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Generate and e-file documents using the company’s proprietary software programs.
- Digital File Room Maintenance: Organize, update, and maintain digital files, replacing traditional paper file systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with area managers and attorneys to support clients and ensure efficient document handling.
- Technology Use: Utilize tools such as PDF Exchange Editor and Microsoft Word for editing, creating, and managing documents.
We Like to Hear from Candidates with the Following:
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience using PDF Exchange Editor and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a document or file management role is a plus.
