Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Associate position for a business in East Texas! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary positions available. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve coffee for guests
• Operate a popcorn machine and ensure fresh popcorn is available
