Electrician Helper (3rd-4th Year) – Contractor (Formosa Plastics Refinery Plant)
Location: Formosa Plastics, Point Comfort, TX
Pay: $24-$30 per hour (Based on Experience) – No per diem
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday overtime
Job Description:
We are hiring 3rd-4th Year Electrician Helpers to assist licensed electricians at Formosa Plastics.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in installation and maintenance of electrical systems (120V-480V)
- Running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting electrical panels
- Working on industrial electrical systems
- Using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
- Following refinery safety protocols and electrical codes
Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th Year Electrician Helper experience
- Experience working with 120V-480V electrical systems
- Must pass a hair follicle test and Health & Safety Council courses
- TWIC card required (or must be eligible to obtain one)
