Job Title: Framing Carpenter – Modular Homes
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4/10s)
Pay: $18/HR and up, depending on experience
Location:
We’re looking for a skilled Framing Carpenter with at least 3 recent years of experience, preferably in building homes. You'll be working indoors in a large warehouse where you will build modular homes—no blazing sun or rain delays here!
What You'll Do:
- Build and assemble structural frameworks (walls, floors, roof trusses)
- Read blueprints and layout plans
- Perform accurate cuts, measurements, and installations
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with a team to meet deadlines
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of current residential framing experience
- Strong skills in measuring, cutting, and assembling lumber
- Ability to read blueprints
- Reliable, team-oriented, and physically capable of hands-on work
