Maintenance Technician – Victoria, TX
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A local manufactured home community in Victoria is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with great long-term benefits and a consistent weekday schedule.
Position Highlights:

Full-time hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

PTO starts on Day 1

Paid holidays, health insurance, and other incentives available after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on homes and community grounds

Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

Complete work orders and maintain equipment as needed

Ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the property
Qualifications:
-
Previous maintenance experience required

General knowledge of residential repairs
-
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication and customer service skills

Must be dependable and detail-oriented
