Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers. Responsible with assisting customers by providing product and service information in a confident, friendly, and professional manner. Duties may also include upselling services as well as other inside sales responsibilities as assigned. To provide service support and scheduling of service calls in a timely manner There will be light office administration responsibilities and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact.

· Greets and directs the general public upon entering the office by answering questions, providing information, and taking payments at the point of sale.

· Answers incoming calls, greeting callers, provide information about our product and services, placing gas orders, and taking messages, as necessary.

· Making outbound calls to existing customers, offering upgraded services and collecting outstanding balances.

· Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are needed.

· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with heavy incoming phone volume in the peak season.

· Document and update customer records based upon the phone interactions.

· Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed.

· Ask for customer reviews

· Maintain professionalism, integrity, security, image and confidentiality of information

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Good phone skills and computer literacy, Microsoft Outlook, Word and excel.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Must be dependable with a stable work history.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
  • Effectively collaborate with management and employees to meet or beat company goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and safety.
  • Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers
