Key Responsibilities:

Manage Production Operations: Oversee the installation, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of sign installers and production staff, providing guidance, and support.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple sign installation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all signs meet company standards and client specifications.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation and production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain production flow.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during production or installation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
