We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to work on both Residential and Light Commercial properties performing maintenance, service and installation.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is required.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant HVAC certifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of various components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and refrigerant lines.
- Work overtime during the week and some weekends.
- Work on call on a rotating basis.
- Must have valid Texas Driver's license, and good driving record.
- Must provide own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- EPA certified.
- Prefer TDLR registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC System Installation: Perform installation and retrofitting of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems to identify any potential issues or malfunctions. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately, and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency. Maintain clear and detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
