Meet Rachel and Matt Tibbetts. Matt has been with Express since 2014, working in the Tyler, Texas franchise before relocating to Oklahoma City, OK, to work at Express Headquarters for 2.5 years as a Director of Training. Rachel has an extensive background in Banking, HR, and Real Estate and is excited to join Matt at Express. Together, Matt and Rachel are very excited to serve Ellis County and the South Dallas area by helping companies grow and bringing hope through employment.

My name is Jeniffer Salazar and since I was little, I have always loved and enjoyed helping others. My grandmother was my inspiration to that as she gave selflessly even if she didn’t have much. Whether that be with just being an ear and shoulder for some or helping them with a task at hand. I love teamwork and strive to do better than yesterday. It fills my heart with joy when I see happiness in people that I get to help daily. My favorite saying is “Don’t do tomorrow what you can do today.”

AJ Brock

Light Industrial/Skilled Trades Jr. Employment Specialist

My name is Angelo “AJ” Brock, I was raised right here in Ellis County graduating from Midlothian High School in 2006, and currently reside there. Most of my adult life was spent serving the people of Ellis County as a Detention Sergeant for the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office. I have found a new passion for helping pair people with the best employment opportunities possible right here in Ellis County and surrounding areas. I look forward to seeing the looks on our associate's faces when they receive their wages for their hard and honorable work. I am the proud father of three sons. I enjoy watching them grow into young men. I volunteer as a coach with the M.Y.F.L. and attend Stonegate Church. My ideal weekend would be camping on the lake with the boys throwing the football around and grilling up a storm. I am a lifelong sports and WWE fan.

I believe that I am where I am for a purpose; which is to impact every life that I encounter for the better. I strive to do just that in the way I treat each person by reminding myself daily that we may not know what someone is going through, but we can control how we make them feel. My goal is to be an undimmable light that provides hope for each of our associates.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boxing, and reading. His motto and philosophy in life is “doing more than required for customer service that’s not just the best, but legendary!” He lives this by this motto every day.
