Job Full Description
A local apartment community is in search of a Leasing Specialist to join their team. The role involves daily front office operations. The Leasing Specialist is primarily responsible for all activities related to welcoming and consulting with prospective residents, conducting tours of apartments to prospective residents, processing applications for approval, preparing the Apartment Lease and preparation of a file containing all required documentation. This person will manage work orders and work closely with the maintenance team.
