A local company is seeking a friendly and organized Service Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, customer service, and multitasking while coordinating maintenance service calls and organizing equipment installations. This role serves as a crucial point of contact between clients and service technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Organize, distribute, and verify the work of service technicians.
- Schedule service calls and coordinate installation appointments.
- Manage parts orders and inventory control.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and service technicians to ensure efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide an enhanced customer service experience.
- Proficiency in handling multiple media channels simultaneously (e.g., phone, computer programs).
- Strong phone etiquette and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer operations and typing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $16.00
- Relaxed business casual dress code in an in-house call center environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, onsite. This position does not offer remote work opportunities.
