Job Full Description
Keep assigned areas in clean and orderly condition. Responsible for the set-up of rooms to include heavy lifting of tables and chairs. Applicant must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties will include performing routine maintenance on custodial equipment, notifying supervisor of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or other debris from sidewalk, steps and parking lots.
Job Requirements:
Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures including sinks, urinals and toilets; wash windows, mirrors and walls; clean and sanitize showers as assigned; replenish supplies in the restrooms.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment; clean desks and counter tops.
Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles; pick up papers and other debris.
Move and arrange furniture and equipment and set up rooms for conferences and meetings.
Adjust shades and blinds. Deliver packages and supplies as needed.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Pay starts at $12.00 an hour
