Express Employment Professionals is seeking Experienced Production Associates for full-time positions with multiple companies in Cache Valley. If you have 3+ years of production or manufacturing experience, we have great opportunities waiting for you.
Pay: $18 - $23/hour DOE
Schedule:
- 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available (Day, Swing, and Graveyard)
- Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily and weekly production goals
- Prioritize safety and follow company safety initiatives
- Perform tasks efficiently with accuracy and precision
- Conduct inspections and quality checks
- Label, tape, and move cartons to correct areas
- Adjust running parameters as needed
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of production/manufacturing experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
- Strong communication skills in English
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance history
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
