Express Employment Professionals are looking for an Experienced Project Manager. This role will effectively manages and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects from point of sale to completion of project at a fast paced Commercial Construction Company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good/professional personality is a must!
- 5 - 10 years experience in commercial construction industry.
- Experienced in leading $20-$30 million dollar projects.
- 1 year experience in Accounting.
- Proven track record with quality assurance.
- Materials procurement.
- Estimating experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Scheduling.
- Experience with Bluebeam and ProCore software.
- Willing to travel at least once at month in State and a few times out of state/country at year
- Most be comfortable in an office environment as well as going out to the job sites when needed.
- Posses good grammar and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to review, analyze and prepare cost reports.
- Negotiation skills.
- Able to E-Verify.
- Pass drug test and background check.
Responsibilities:
- Review scope of work, contract documents, as-sold estimate and design drawings, (in conjunction with the estimator and management team member), for completeness and uniformity.
- Review material requirements, testing requirements and project complexity.
- à Identify legitimate contract change orders.
- Provide prompt notification to contractor of possible or actual change.
- Prepare a change order estimate in a timely manner. Coordinate/schedule with estimating as needed.
- Submit and track change order with contractors, ensuring timely execution and return.
- Schedule, plan and conduct team meetings as required.
- Provide specific agendas and follow-up meeting minutes.
- Effectively delegate appropriate tasks and assignments to Project Coordinators and Project Assistants.
- Always maintain professionalism and project a positive attitude with all team members.

- Understand and consistently completes, updates and distributes department specific forms and documentation. (RFI (LIC standard or contractor specific), Project Status Sheet, FabTrol Set-up, Change Orders, Transmittals, etc.)
- Design review should include at the minimum: Customer names & titles; general design parameters, special conditions, connection details, ensure appropriate details are cut, clarity and completeness.
- Coordinate effectively with outside design agents and field entities.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
