Responsibilities for the Counter Sales/Delivery Driver:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage the pickup and delivery power equipment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Deliver equipment on a timely fashion to a client
Qualifications for the Counter Sales/Delivery Driver:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
- Experience as a courier or delivery driver is a plus
- Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales (counter sales) experience
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Hours for Counter Sales/Delivery Driver:
- Mon-Fri 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
- Must have flexible schedule and be available to work occasional Saturdays
