Job Title: MIG Welder – Full-Time (1st Shift) – 10 NEEDED!!
Location: Provo, UT
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $26 per hour + Full Benefits

Growing family-owned manufacturing company is looking for Skilled Welders to add to their growing team!
Role Description:
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating from start to finish. This includes both MIG and Sub-Arc welding processes. The position requires proficiency in reading blueprints and fabricating large, custom tanks to stringent specifications.
In this role, you will be required to pass a Weld Test (2G and 3G V-grooves), which will be inspected for visual appearance as well as x-ray testing to ensure there are no leaks. You will work alongside other experienced welders and fabricators, contributing to our high standards of safety and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and Sub-Arc welding on large oil and gas tanks.
- Complete full manufacturing fabrication from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
- Ensure all welded components meet quality and safety standards.
- Complete 2G and 3G V-groove weld tests, passing both visual and x-ray inspection to check for leaks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG welding (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Sub-Arc welding experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding diagrams, and specifications.
- Must be able to pass a weld test, including 2G and 3G V-grooves, with x-ray inspection.
- Solid understanding of welding techniques and best practices.
- Welding certification or equivalent relevant training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to perform welding tasks and lift heavy materials as needed.
